What to expect from William Ingram Photography

• Pre-Booking Arrangement

• Pre-wedding planning session which will allow you to brief us on exactly how you want the photographs to look and feel. He can then advise you on the best way to achieve this and make sure that all the "special" shots you may want are included. This could be in or around Newcastle. The National Trust and English Heritage have great venues. Newcastle Quayside is always a good place to capture the atmosphere.
  

• Before your wedding

• If arranged, an engagement portrait session taken at a location of your choice well before the big day and a 12" x 10" framed print of your favourite pose. You may order as many pictures from this session as you wish
• William will go to your chosen locations well in advance of the wedding, so he can plan the best angles and backgrounds for any formal and informal shots.
• He will need to know the timings of your day. Such as the arrival of the bridal car to the arrival of the best man, the time of the Wedding, and the wedding breakfast meal and the start of the reception.

• On the Day

• William will photograph bride as she being prepared.
• Photograph the arrival of the bride groom and guests
• Photograph the marriage, if permitted
• Photography after the marriage with guests
• Remember unlimited photographs could be taken at your wedding, so keep smiling.
  

• After the Wedding

• The Album of your choice.
• Online web display of your wedding proofs. Your guests will be able to see the wedding images and choose their reprints from your own, password protected, private website gallery
